Where does Fangamer Europe ship to?
We ship to most countries within the European Union, the UK, and several other international destinations. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in the Netherlands to ensure faster delivery and reduced customs fees for EU customers.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by destination: 2-5 business days within the EU and 5-15 business days for international orders outside the EU.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties?
For orders within the European Union, VAT is included at checkout and no additional customs duties should apply. For customers in the UK or other non-EU countries, you may be responsible for local taxes and duties upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for most items in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital codes and certain limited-edition items are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
