Return Process

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse in the Netherlands, then drop it off at your local postal service.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
